🌍 Permanent Resident Card Renewal Application Assistance (Form I-90)
Renewing your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) doesn’t have to be stressful. We offer a streamlined, bilingual service by appointment only, including document collection, translation help, and Form I-90 preparation using your information. We do not provide legal advice. The services provided are limited to document gathering, translation, and completion of Form I-90 based solely on the information you provide.
📋 How It Works
- Complete our pre-appointment questionnaire — we’ll review your eligibility and let you know if we can proceed.
- Schedule a renewal appointment with one of our specialists.
- We help gather your documents, translate as needed, and complete Form I-90 correctly online.
- We create your USCIS online account where you can track your case, access receipts, letters, and respond to any requests for evidence.
- You pay the USCIS filing fee (varies; see fee section below).
- Pay our flat service fee of $500.
- Ask about our 6-month 0% interest payment plan (details below).
💰 How Much Does It Cost to Renew a Green Card?
The cost of green card renewal includes several components:
- USCIS Filing Fee (Form I-90):
$465 standard filing fee (if filed by mail)
$415 if filed online (we file online only to ensure speed, accuracy, and access)
2. Biometrics Fee:
$85 for fingerprinting, photo, and signature collection (may be waived for applicants under 14 or over 79)
3. Our Service Fee:
$500 flat rate for complete document assistance and online filing setup
4. Total Estimated Cost:
$1,000 to $1,050 depending on filing method
Note: The actual USCIS fee may vary depending on biometrics. We will confirm the exact amount during your appointment.
⌛ How Long Does It Take?
Processing times for green card renewals typically range from 6 to 12 months, but delays can extend beyond that due to government backlogs.
We strongly recommend starting your renewal at least 6 months before expiration.
⚠️ Important Reminders
- We only file applications online to avoid issues like missing receipts, delayed notices, or outdated form editions that can result in rejections.
- We've seen confirmed cases of mailed-in applications being delayed or rejected due to errors or incorrect form versions.
- Online filing is $50 cheaper and gives you immediate access to tracking tools and communications through your USCIS account.
🆘 Trouble With a Submitted Application?
If you’ve already submitted your green card renewal by mail but haven’t received your receipt number (I-797C) and need proof of your pending status, we may be able to help. We have been successful with obtaining the I-797C for clients by being persistent with USCIS.
We can assist you in requesting an ADIT stamp (also known as an I-551 stamp) through your local USCIS office. This temporary proof of permanent residency may be used for employment, travel, or to renew identification documents. It is up to USCIS if they grant you an appointment to receive an ADIT stamp. While you wait to receive documentation from USCIS, we can assist with trying to obtain your I-94, that may be able to be used as temporary proof of legal presence.
