β οΈ Legal Disclosure
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our role is to assist with document preparation and translation only. We strongly recommend that you have your Power of Attorney reviewed by a licensed attorney if you are unsure about your legal rights, responsibilities, or how this document may affect you.
π³ Pricing & Appointments
Service Fee: $300 flat rate (includes document creation, translation, and notarization)
Walk-In Hours: Monday–Friday from 7am to 10am and Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Need to schedule outside of these hours? Call us!
Valid identification is required for all parties involved in order for the form to be notarized. We can create the POA, and additional signers can come at a later time to sign their part if needed.
π’ Real Estate Transactions
If your Power of Attorney will be used in a real estate transaction (such as buying, selling, or transferring property), it may need to be recorded with the local auditor's or assessor's office. Please note that this falls outside the scope of our POA flat fee.
We can provide document preparation support at $75/hour (you are only billed for the time actually spent), which may include:
- Helping you look up property details (parcel # and description will be needed for cover page)
- Preparing the appropriate cover page required by the recording office
- Providing the address and phone number of the recording office based on where the property is located
Note: Only the property owner (principal) can grant authority, and you must ensure the form complies with your local jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice. If you are unsure whether your documents will be accepted for recording, we recommend having them reviewed by a licensed attorney.
